Experience

Mr. Blanco serves as a Project Manager and Landscape Designer for all aspects of projects relating to master planned communities. Specializing in desert landscaping, Mr. Blanco’s skills range from conceptual physical planning to the detailed demands associated with matters of creating planned zoning and master plan documentation. He is well versed in lush desert and restoration design, having been responsible as Senior Planner for projects in Hawaii, Arizona, California, Mexico, and the Middle East. Mr. Blanco has extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Additionally, Mr. Blanco is routinely engaged in golf course scouting and golf clubhouse siting. Over the last few decades, he has traveled extensively to Kauai, Hawaii, for his work on the 1,005-acre (407 hectare) Kukui’ula project, as well as to Martis Camp in Lake Tahoe; Sopori Ranch in Tubac; Genesis Pointe in Savannah; and Laguna Del Mar in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Mr. Blanco is consistently successful in reaching consensus between planning objectives and his clients’ best interests.
