We are seeking an experienced full-time Executive Assistant with Front Office responsibilities to join our team. The successful candidate will be extremely reliable and have a positive, friendly and professional personality with interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and be a team player. This position requires a wide range of administrative skills which include, but are not limited to:

  • Must have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience with a minimum High School Education (patience and sense of humor a plus)

  • Handling Administrative tasks for our Partners and other Team Members
  • Providing travel arrangements and meeting coordination/operation
  • Excellent computer skills including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (InDesign a plus)
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and general office and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Answering phones and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Back-up for Front Office Assistant
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor


Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Professional registration of licensure is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years experience and related degree
  • Experienced with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup
  • Responsible for the preparation of all phases of architectural documents
  • Team oriented
  • Coordination of consultant documents
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Appreciation for architectural detailing
  • Possess a passion for design
  • Accountable for performance
  • Able to work on multiple projects with demanding deadlines 


Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
  • 1-3 years with landscape design and planning experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
  • High-end Graphic skills, both computer and hand drawn
  • Be able to assist with all phases of public and private sector projects from field review through design development, construction plans, and post-design services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment
