Experience

Throughout his twenty-seven years with the firm, Mr. True has been highly involved in the programming, schematic design, and design development phases. Mr. True has been the lead designer managing consultant teams through the construction documents phase, bidding, negotiation, bureaucratic agency approvals, and construction. He oversees the work of a projects team, including structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, and works directly with the Owner operations.

As project manager, Mr. True has held the role of primary contact for clients, contractors, and designers.  His range of experience and proven success in managing schedules, budgets, and communication, has resulted in a sophisticated focus on projects involving multiple consultants ranging from water treatment facilities led by specialists and engineers, to the technologically and environmentally advanced Univision Headquarters and Studio.

Other projects of similar complexity include additions, remodels, and expansions for Hyatt Regency of Scottsdale, Gainey Ranch, Hyatt Pinon Point, and the Arizona Grand Resort.  Multi-phase, ground-up facilities include Talking Rock Ranch Golf Clubhouse, Gate House, Cart Storage, Restaurant, and concessions facility, as well as the premier Hyatt Gainey Ranch Avania Spa.  Corporate Headquarters and tenant improvements include facilities for Harvard Investments, USF Bestway, Linthicum, and Cachet Homes.

Mr. True has also served as Project Manager on several extraordinary custom homes, ranging in size from 3,300 to 27,000 square feet.
