ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

This role entails:

  • 3+ years of REVIT Experience
  • 3-5 years related architectural experience with a professional degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • The ability to contribute to and participate within a team environment
  • A passion for design
  • Accountability for performance
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with demanding deadlines

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

This role entails:

  • Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company’s value
  • Draft complex client invoices for 1-2 Partners monthly. Have a strong understanding of each Design Project and its contract and report additional billing opportunities
  • Report payroll data to third-party processor bi-weekly
  • Ensure accounts receivable and payable are processed in a timely manner.
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain documentation related to several balance sheet accounts such as cash, receivables, deposits, etc.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts
  • Responsible for banking to include daily cash deposits and bank reconciliations
  • Perform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes
  • Preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial statements
  • Calculate and issue financial, operating metrics and variances from financial statements, reporting significant issues to Management
  • Property tax filings, deposits and payments
  • Update business licenses, tax licenses, insurance policies, and other administrative items.
  • Prepare reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and expected operations
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets, review budget proposals, and prepare necessary supporting documentation and justification
  • Prepare reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Respond to upper management as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate financial needs
  • Assist in or initiate process improvements to improve efficiency/productivity.
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • CPA preferred.
  • Proficient in Deltek Vision/VantagePoint required; please do not apply without this qualification
  • 7-10 years accounting and supervisory experience
  • Accounting experience in the Architectural and/or Engineering industries required.
  • Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and banking working knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Efficiency, with attention to detail
  • Dependability; excellent attendance record and commitment to the job
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team

COMMUNITY PLANNER/ LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

This role entails:

  • Performing landscape architectural and planning assignments under general supervision
  • Coordinating the preparation of design presentations
  • Coordinating with consultants on a wide variety of design related issues
  • Relating design concepts to zoning ordinances and other external issues
  • Managing all aspects of project development

Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Possess, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Working knowledge of issues related to planning, urban design, and landscape architecture
  • The ability to understand and communicate with professionals of other disciplines
  • Contributes proactively to the project team
  • Is proficient with technical detailing
  • Is proficient in current design software including Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Sketchup (A plus: Revit, Rhino, Civil 3d, Land FX, and other 3d modeling / rendering platforms)
  • Preferred experience: Hand graphics, graphic design, and site grading experience

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT/PLANNER

Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture and/or Planning from an accredited program
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
  • High-end graphic skills, both computer and hand drawn
  • Be able to assist with all phases of public and private sector projects from field review through design development, construction plans, and post-design services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • 8+ years experience
  • Experienced with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup
  • Professional registration of licensure is a plus
  • Responsible for the preparation of all phases of architectural documents
  • Team oriented
  • Coordination of consultant documents
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Appreciation for architectural detailing
  • Possess a passion for design
  • Accountable for performance
  • Able to work on multiple projects with demanding deadlines 

SENIOR DESIGNER/PROJECT MANAGER 

This Project Manager role will lead a team on a wide range of project types, including custom residential and commercial projects.

Candidates shall meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture 
  • 8+ years experience 
  • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketchup, etc.
  • Professional registration of licensure is a plus
  • Excellent skills in: writing & verbal communication, organization, presentations, & product knowledge for local & regional vendors
  • Some travel required
