Brent's architectural portfolio includes a focus in the specific area of sustainability. From material selection to site selection, he oversees all LEED documentation and implementation. Brent is active in engaging SWABACK in the broader vision of sustainability and is highly involved in the local United States Green Building Council chapter, as well as several other volunteer committees. 

Brent's passion for smart, sustainable design has led to involvement on a number of LEED certified buildings. Several of Brent's most recent projects have received LEED certification.

SWABACK'S vision of sustainability extends to ecological, social, and economic concerns and Brent is an integral part of the on-going pursuit of combining enduring quality with operational performance and aesthetic value.



David serves as Landscape Design Project Manager and Landscape Designer for all aspects of projects relating to Master Planned Communities. Specializing in Desert Landscaping, David's skills range from conceptual physical planning to the detailed demands associated with matters of creating planned zoning and master plan documentation. He is well versed in lush desert and restoration design, having been responsible as Senior Planner for projects in Hawaii, Arizona, California, Mexico and the Middle East. He has extensive experience with managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Additionally, David is routinely engaged in golf course scouting and golf clubhouse siting. Over the last several years, David has travelled extensively to Kauai, Hawaii for his work on the 1,005 acre (407 hectare) Kukui’ula project, as well as Martis Camp, in Lake Tahoe; Sopri Ranch in Tubac, AZ.; Genesis Pointe, Savannah, GA; and Laguna Del Mar in Puerto Penasco, Mexico. He is consistently successful in reaching consensus between planning objectives and the best interest of his clients.

As a Design Partner, Lee is in charge of the firm's largest architectural projects. With over 20 years of experience, he is a skilled designer, technical detailer, and highly proficient project manager. He has extensive experience in residential, multi-family, office, mixed-use, hospitality, and both private and public clubhouse projects.

Lee coordinates and oversees many large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams who perform as subconsultants to the firm in the design of several large-scale projects. He is dedicated to the details that make buildings go together, while minimizing construction issues. His excellent communication skills add to the smooth implementation of projects.

Currently, Lee leads a team designing and constructing one of the largest private resort/residential projects underway in California. He is also the Project Manager of several high-end residential projects, and other private clubs throughout the United States.

Kim has served as Project Manager in both architectural and interior design projects.  Kim's responsibilities have varied as job captain & project manager within all phases of architecture with involvement in a diverse selection of projects such as commercial, interiors, hospitality, mixed-use, religious, and residential. 

Kim served as project manager for several commercial projects including 2 LEED applicant projects for Pulte Homes Nevada’s Sun City Anthem phase 3 Recreational Center and Reverence Community Center.  Other commercial projects include the Quorum Center mixed-use high rise and several interior tenant improvements. 

Hospitality and residential project design involvement includes a golf course clubhouse in Cabo, Mexico, and 30,000 sf & 15,000 sf prototype houses in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and as project manager, Kim created the Planned Unit Development (PUD) narrative book and guidelines for Anterra, a 16 unit multi-family complex in Phoenix, AZ, as well as worked on a variety of other projects including churches, civic library renovations, and classic car mixed-use facility.
